Call for Proposals!Conference Theme: "Thriving in Chaos".Chaos: a state of utter confusion or disorder; a total lack of organization or order. Chaos means different things to different people, but it is very likely you have experienced some sort of confusion or a lack of organized planning activity at your institution or firm. As this years' theme we believe that there are many valuable stories to tell and solutions to offer on how to deal with the ever-changing conditions and issues in higher education. With that in mind, it is our goal that all presentations address one of the following topics as a basis of the presentation:
Interested speakers can submit an abstract by February 17th for one of the 50 minute presentation slots on May 14th and 15th. Please submit the main contact person and his/her contact information, the speakers proposed, presentation title, topic, and a 150-200 word description of the presentation to Gordon King (gking@suffolk.edu). It is expected that all presentations include a college or university representative; consultants are encouraged to present with their clients and panel discussions are welcome. A conference committee will review the submissions and assuming more submittals are received than available slots a list of finalist will be selected by the committee. The committee reserves the right to select the number of presentation as necessary to provide a variety of topics. Please note that all concurrent presenters are required to be registered for the conference. |
